"The silence of meditation can even quieten the chattering of others minds."
- SADGURU RAMESH JI
We have often experienced that while flying from one destination to another, when the aircraft experience turbulence or disturbance due to bad weather, strong winds or storms; the pilot asks us to keep our seat belt fastened, straighten our seat, fold the table, keep the window shades open and to remain seated. They also assure us that they will safely take us through the turbulence and we need not worry at all.
Similarly, when we face turbulence or adversities in life; our pilot – the Guru or Almighty asks us to remain as a silent observer, bow down, not argue, not criticize others, apologise, continue our best behaviour and have faith in ourpilot that He is manoeuvringsour flight (life) to a safe mode. Having a pilot in life doesn’t mean we’ll not encounter turbulence, but it means we’ll have someone guiding us throughout and doing His best to ensure that we don’t crash. So, by having confidence and faith in our pilot and by following his instructions; we can rest assured that the temporary turbulence would pass over easily and life would be back to normalcy with safe arrival at destination.
